After hours of online research left me overwhelmed and confused, I found Plan My Paris and hired Amy to help plan our 10-day mother-daughter trip in September. It was the best decision I could have made. I'm not familiar with Paris, and having her plan everything was worth every penny. She started with a detailed questionnaire about our preferences, so the itinerary felt personal, not like a generic "top 10" list. Each day was organized by neighborhood, which was the biggest help since I had no idea which sites were near each other. We saw more, walked less, and never crisscrossed the city. Amy also prioritized the order in which I should book, flagging which attractions and restaurants would sell out first. The itinerary included map links to museums and attractions, restaurant links, and clear directions for getting around by subway, taxi, or on foot. Best of all, she included off-the-beaten-path restaurants and shops we never would have found ourselves, giving us a more local, authentic Paris instead of only the tourist spots. My daughter and I made memories we'll treasure. I highly recommend Amy to anyone, especially first-time visitors!

Where do I begin?! After months of attempting to design our own itinerary for a week in Paris using multiple AI sites, I realized that it still wasn’t getting it quite right. It still felt like the spots being offered were touristy, frequently reviewed places when I was looking for an experience that allowed me to feel as if I lived there for years. From one of the best meals we've ever experienced at an incredible value to an intimate dinner highlighted by fabulous staff, the restaurant recommendations did not disappoint. She also suggested a wonderful smaller museum that was the perfect antidote to the overcrowded Louvre. Finally, the food tour and personalized wine tasting in an incredibly unique location were additional highlights. Wonderful, bespoke experience from Amy! We were traveling with friends as well as our young son, and she chose restaurants and activities that made everyone happy. From dinners with spectacular views to quaint toy shops and specialty wine stores, we felt like we had plenty to do, but we weren't overwhelmed. Amy plans a tour of Paris that makes you feel as if you once lived there for years and are now returning to visit your very favorite unique spots and cafes. Each day is a carefully planned and doable walking/subway circuit that alternates sightseeing, shows, and my favorite, leisurely meals with friends. Amy knows where the best wine is, but also found trendy locations with nonalcoholic options for me. The tour was perfectly paced, and there were options listed so we could let each day decide how it went. I can’t wait for my next long weekend in Paris.
